I am an investigative journalist and author based in London.

My recent book, Parliament Ltd, exposed MPs’ private finances and examined the culture of greed and corruption in Westminster. It was described as “ground-breaking” and “eye-popping” by the Sunday Times.

Currently, I’m at Channel 4 News where I work on reports and investigations for both TV and online.

Before this I was a freelancer, news reporting for the Guardian as well as writing widely across the media. I have written investigations for Private Eye, The Independent, The Sunday Times, the Mirror, Vice and the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, among others.

I also co-presented a show called Investigations, with the comedian Josie Long, which combined investigative journalism with stand-up comedy and had a sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2016.
